1. Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us (astongreeninteriors.co.uk) you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and also an email or call confirming a delivery date. Please confirm with us that you have received such notification.

2. How to place an order
You can place an order via our website www.astongreeninteriors.co.uk following the prompts given. If you think that you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately using our contact number 0844 8009754.

If you prefer you can also place an order with us via a member of our sales desk on 0844 8009754, where one of our service team will be happy to help.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs with details of your order and further information.

Aston Green Interiors will store your data securely and it will not be handed on to any third parties.

3. Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. We can arrange the collection for you; however the charge for this service is typically around £50.00. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

For your security and protection refunds are given by the same method which the payment was made by.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights- for example, if goods are faulty or inaccurately described.

4. Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us by email at info@astongreeninteriors.co.uk. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown.

5. Delivery
Aston Green Interiors charges a small fee for deliveries. These charges are determined on an item by item basis and are clearly identified on our invoice.

Should a vehicle suffer delays the driving crew will keep customers fully updated. We can normally offer an AM/PM slot and a call 1 hour before delivery.

We only deliver within the UK mainland, for other destinations we can deliver to the nearest convenient UK port. Any further arrangements are the buyers' responsibility.

Aston Green Interiors shall not be liable for any delay in delivery beyond the suppliers' control.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit please let us know promptly by contacting us on 0844 800 9754.

The drivers will not move or take away existing goods or property for the purpose of assembly or installation of the goods.

The goods will be left inside your premises at the safest convenient location. Delivery drivers as standard will not carry items upstairs and all transportation of your goods to a location upstairs is entirely carried out at the contractors risk and discretion.

if you miss a delivery you will be charged for the costs incurred. This is typically around £50 but varies depending on location and courier.


6. Payment
Payment is secure via PayPal. Goods will only be delivered when payment has been made and transactions have been cleared.

All goods remain the property of Aston Green Interiors until full payment has been made and cleared.
